One of the most difficult areas to paint on a miniature is the face.. There are several suggestions to make it easier and for best results.
Paint the face first
Outline the eyes
Never use "white" for the eyes, It makes them look bug-eyed
Don't forget the eyebrows and lips
Shade dark to light skin tone
